Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Legacy Through Our DREAM
In today’s world, it seems everyone, every company is looking for ways to demonstrate and drive diversity. And no matter where we are — whether it’s the workforce, workplace or marketplace — we all find ourselves giving attention to and raising awareness for the things that matter most to people from every walk of life. As I reflect on what the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. mean to me, I feel both calmed and called .
I am calmed by the progress I see, hear and read about in our world. I am also called to reflect on and own my own contributions to our world by offering my level best to positively impact the generations to follow.
And although we have not arrived at our destination, at GXO we are focused daily on making progress in our diversity and inclusion journey. And we are committed to fostering a culture of belonging. I am proud to work with partner-leaders who share these values. I am proud to be a serving-leader — listening to, learning from and delivering toward those things that matter most to our colleagues.
