XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE : XPO) a annoncé aujourd'hui que Bill Fraine deviendra Chief Commercial Officer de 游戏电竞 Inc., le projet de scission du segment logistique de XPO. Il sera en charge de diriger les activités commerciales de GXO avec pour objectif principal de garantir la croissance et la création de valeur à long terme, lorsque la scission prévue sera finalisée.

Bill Fraine a rejoint XPO en 2011 en tant que head of operations and account management. Il est actuellement division president, supply chain – Americas and Asia Pacific. Il a supervisé l'intégration de plusieurs acquisitions de XPO et restructuré les activités par type de clients en Amérique du Nord. Avant de rejoindre XPO, Bill Fraine a collaboré pendant 23 ans avec FedEx où il a évolué du poste d’opérateur à celui de responsable des ventes.

Dès le premier jour, GXO est prêt à opérer auprès de ses nombreux clients, dont 30 % sont des entreprises du Fortune 100. Bill Fraine supervisera toutes les composantes de la stratégie commerciale de GXO dans des secteurs verticaux clés tels que le e-commerce, le retail, l'habillement et les technologies grand public.

Comme annoncé précédemment, XPO prévoit d'achever la scission de ses activités logistiques en tant que société indépendante et cotée en bourse au cours du second semestre 2021. En tant que deuxième plus grand fournisseur de logistique contractuelle au monde, GXO sera bien positionnée pour tirer parti des courants favorables dominant le secteur de la logistique tels que l’essor du e-commerce, la demande croissante des clients en matière d'automatisation, et une tendance grandissante vers l'externalisation des opérations de supply chain. Les opérations logistiques comptent actuellement environ 890 sites dans 27 pays.
